My goal is to create a world where everyone responds calmly to stressful situations. How?
1. Educating people about the physical benefits of mindfulness through research, talks and publications, on:
- Neuroendocrine System
- Gut Microbes
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) / Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD)
- Heart Health
- Musculoskeletal system
- Pain perception
- Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism, Depression, Anxiety, and so on.
2. Teaching mindful chunks of the society, because:
Mindfulness is contagious. So, those people would go out and create even more mindful people. Eventually, the whole world would become mindful.
